Do you have a box office?
We have a box office at the venue. The box office is open 4 pm-9 pm Wed-Fri, 11 am-9 pm Sat & Sun. It will also open at 4 pm on Mondays and Tuesdays if a show is scheduled for that day.
There are no TicketMaster Fees at our box office, only a facility fee.
Are cameras allowed in the venue?
We do not allow cameras that have a lens that can be removed. All cameras should be able to fit in a normal shirt pocket. Audio or Video recording devices are prohibited. No flash photography. Please turn off the flash on your phone/camera.
Is it allowable to bring a firearm into the venue?
No weapons of any kind are allowed in the restaurant and venue.
What types of bags are allowed?
No backpacks are allowed. Other bags are allowed if they are smaller than 12”w X 12h”. Total dimensions cannot be more than 24” when adding height and width.
All guests are subject to a bag inspection.
Can I bring snacks?
No food or beverage may be brought in from outside the venue or restaurant.
Can we have dinner while watching a show?
There is no food service in the venue.
Can I bring a child?
Most shows are for all ages. Occasionally we do have shows with an age limit. This information can be found on our website on the individual show’s page.
All people entering must have a ticket regardless of age.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
The main/south entrance to the Ludlow Garage has one step. We also have an entrance on the west side of the restaurant which is in the hallway to Ace Hardware in the same building that has no steps. We have a lift to get from the first floor (restaurant) to the lower level (venue) and back. We do have ADA restrooms for men & women.
If a show is canceled, how do I get a refund?
Refunds are available at your original point of purchase.
Do I have to walk through a metal detector before I enter the venue?
All guests entering the venue are subject to a metal-detector screening by way of a magnetometer, visual inspection, and/or bag inspection conducted by venue security personnel. The purpose of the inspection is to detect prohibited items and is for the safety of our guests and our staff.
Is there parking?
The Ludlow Garage does not have a parking lot. Please see our website for the closest pay lots.
What is your smoking policy?
Smoking is not permitted in seated areas of the venue, restrooms, or anywhere in the restaurant or venue. This includes tobacco, electronic cigarettes, and vaping.
If I’m having problems with a ticket that I didn’t purchase from the box office or TicketMaster, can you help me?
We can only guarantee that tickets purchased through our official ticket seller, Ticketmaster, and The Ludlow Garage Box Office, are valid. Tickets purchased through secondary sources/reseller sites (StubHub, Vivid Seats, etc. AKA “SCALPERS”) may or may not be legitimate, and we cannot resolve issues involving them. These SCALPER websites often are the first to appear from a Google search. If you’re not at https://www.ticketmaster.com You are on the wrong website to purchase tickets to the Ludlow Garage and you are probably paying too much.
