| Los Angeles–based guitarist and singer Ana Popovic will release her new album Dance To The Rhythm on September 26, 2025 (Electric Heel Records). Co-produced with Buthel, the record fuses groove, blues, funk, and soul, pushing her boundary-bending sound into fresh territory. The album moves from infectious dance cuts (“Dance To The Rhythm,” “Sho Nuff”) to soulful and bluesy standouts (“Soul’ution,” “Dwell On The Feeling”) and includes a reimagining of Paul Simon’s “50 Ways to Leave Your Lover.”
