Greetings and Happy New Year from the band, HIROSHIMA!
As they move into 2022, they embark on their “Domo Tour”. “Domo” in Japanese means “Thanks”. In case they don’t get back our way again, they want to say “Domo” to their fans, friends, and family for decades of support. They have decided to “wind down” from the traditional touring they’ve done all these years. They aren’t stopping 100%, but it’ll be scaled back quite a bit.
They are looking forward to our June 17th, return and “Domo Tour” stop at Ludlow Garage. Joining them onstage will be their vocalist Yvette Nii. She recorded with them, on the grammy nominated album “Legacy”. It will be a special evening with Hiroshima classic vocal tunes and instrumental tunes, to celebrate their 40+ years together.
Hiroshima is Dan Kuramoto (leader, keyboards, woodwinds), June Kuramoto (koto), Kimo Cornwell (keyboards), Dean Cortez (bass), and Land Richards (drums).
