Stanley Jordan is a Grammy-nominated guitar virtuoso whose groundbreaking two-handed “touch technique” revolutionized modern guitar playing and established him as one of the most innovative musicians of his generation. Since the release of his breakthrough 1985 album Magic Touch, Jordan has captivated audiences worldwide with a genre-defying sound that blends jazz, blues, classical, pop, and rock influences.
A master of musical reinvention, Jordan is known for transforming familiar songs and classical works into deeply expressive, technically stunning performances. His acclaimed career has included collaborations with artists such as Dizzy Gillespie, Benny Carter, Les Paul, Stanley Clarke, Kenny Rogers, and Dave Matthews Band, while earning four Grammy nominations and international recognition.
